We do not have physical stores. All transactions are made exclusively through our official online store. We do not authorize visits to our facilities to try on products, obtain information, request exchanges or other services.

Standard shipping takes an additional 1-3 days within a business period. Any delay after the goods have been shipped is the responsibility of the parcel service.
