How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email from VUHL's online store (us.vuhldesign.com) after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, a follow-up email with your tracking number will be sent to you.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express for all online purchases.

 

Can I return a product?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at info@vuhldesign.com with the following information:

  • Your full name.
  • Order number.
  • Attached photographic evidence (if required).
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the return.

All returns require prior written authorization from VUHL. Once authorized, you will receive detailed instructions for the return process.

Approved returns must include the original packaging and intact labels. Items can be returned for a replacement or a full refund within 30 days, less a 4% transaction fee.

 

Return and Exchange Conditions

To ensure the quality of our products and efficient service, returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Return Period
    Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 5 days of receiving your product.
  2. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. This includes:
    • The outgoing shipping label from your address.
    • The return shipping label from our warehouse.
  3. Exceptions for Defective Products
    If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, VUHL will cover the shipping costs for the necessary return and replacement.
  4. Availability Verification
    Before requesting an exchange for size or model, verify availability on our website. If the item is out of stock, contact us at info@vuhldesign.com for assistance.
  5. Original Packaging
    Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure proper protection during transit.
  6. Intact Labels
    All product labels must remain intact and unaltered for the exchange process.
  7. Product Condition
    Products showing signs of wear, stains, tears, or misuse will not be accepted. All returned products must be in suitable condition for resale.
